The role produces incentive reporting, supports cost modeling and scenario analysis, and contributes to process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements while partnering with HR, Finance, Sales, and management.

Supports employees and managers with HR inquiries, policy guidance, employee lifecycle administration, and Workday transactions. Responsibilities include processing and auditing employee records, promoting self-service tools, supporting HR initiatives and training logistics, preparing reports, communicating delivery expectations, and improving HR service processes. The role requires multilingual communication in English plus Italian, Spanish, French, or German, along with an analytical, proactive, adaptable approach.
