Manage and grow assigned electronics accounts by identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, developing strategic account plans, maintaining customer relationships with design engineers, ensuring supply‑chain satisfaction and promoting value‑added services, and coordinating with internal sales, solutions, and marketing to drive pipeline growth.

Identify and target new customers and markets, build strategic relationships, drive solution selling and demand creation, ensure customer satisfaction in supply-chain services, lead QBRs, and promote Arrow products and value-added lifecycle programs using sales tracking tools.

Manage assigned accounts by delivering strategic service and solution selling to grow margin and market share. Coordinate quoting, fulfillment, engineering support, order-to-invoice processes, quality and inventory integrity. Leverage supply-chain systems (e-Compass, CARES, consignment), drive value-added opportunities, set quote/pricing strategy, and participate in a variable sales compensation plan tied to sales goals.
