Provide hands-on HR support for client engagements including end-to-end onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, multi-state compliance research, HR policy and handbook updates, recruiting support, employee records management, and employee relations resolution. Work remotely part-time (10–30 hrs/week) on temporary contract with potential to expand.

Drive sales and revenue through strategic account management and new business development. Identify and cultivate client relationships, attend events, conduct market research, collaborate with leadership and internal teams, and maintain accounts to maximize satisfaction and growth.

Lead development of performant, accessible, and elegant frontend experiences for AI-powered web apps. Own end-to-end implementation, frontend architecture, design-system evolution, performance optimization, analytics instrumentation, CI/CD, and integration of AI/LLM capabilities in collaboration with product, design, and research teams.
