Accounting Manager responsible for owning monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes in a complex, multi-entity travel business. The role oversees GAAP compliance, intercompany accounting, ASC 842 leases, capex, revenue share, reconciliations, audits, and financial reporting. It also leads and develops accounting staff, improves processes, supports system implementations, and drives automation and scalability across the accounting function.

Prepare journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, support monthly close, and own accounting for a revenue stream. Assist with audits and tax requests, analyze P&L variances, improve processes and controls, support accounting system projects, and contribute to standardized procedures and team coverage.
