Own complex, multi-team technical programs from inception through sustained operation. Partner with engineering leadership on architecture, integrations, dependencies, requirements, delivery forecasting, and operational excellence. Use AI copilots, automation, and analytics to improve planning, backlog refinement, reporting, risk identification, stakeholder communication, and retrospectives. Mentor TPMs on AI-augmented workflows while maintaining appropriate human oversight.

Conduct outbound calls with members to recommend travel packages, build rapport, convert conversations into bookings, and meet or exceed sales targets.
