Support the Engineering Manager to run depot engineering operations, ensure DVSA and safety compliance, meet PVR and KPI targets, supervise and allocate team workloads, manage resources and costs, maintain records and reporting, drive fleet reliability improvements, and liaise with stakeholders including unions.

Perform routine servicing, maintenance and repairs to Arriva and DVSA standards on PSV/HGV vehicles. Diagnose faults, support MOT preparation, carry out quality checks and preventative maintenance to improve vehicle performance and uptime.

Perform servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and MOT preparation for buses to Arriva and DVSA standards. Carry out preventative maintenance, attend roadside breakdowns, and ensure vehicle safety and quality checks.
