Senior HR Business Partner responsible for aligning HR strategy with regional business objectives, advising senior operational leaders, leading employee relations and organisational change, and supporting workforce planning, talent management, succession, engagement, and leadership development. The role also involves analysing HR metrics, ensuring UK employment law compliance, collaborating with central HR teams, and improving people processes and organisational performance.

Lead the compliance team and operational audit programme, including supplier audits, quality assurance, CAPA tracking, findings closure, compliance reporting, and ISO audit readiness. Manage four team members, oversee taxi and vehicle compliance records, hold suppliers accountable, and produce dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and AI tools. The role also drives digital and AI improvements across audit and compliance workflows and requires regular national travel for supplier audits.

Manage HR data subject access requests, ensuring statutory compliance, secure data handling, redaction, records, and audit trails. Provide HR administration support including employee queries, employment documentation, right-to-work checks, joiner, mover and leaver processes, HR system maintenance, payroll updates, and data audits. Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and other stakeholders while identifying risks and improving processes.
