Lead the development of networking products, design ASIC architectures, integrate third-party libraries, mentor new hires, and support customer requirements.

Work on meaningful networking software projects: gather requirements, write feature specs and designs, implement end-to-end solutions, improve performance/scale, integrate libraries, perform peer reviews, and triage/resolve issues under mentor guidance during a 10-12 week summer internship.

Lead design, implementation, and bring-up of network ASIC platforms and dataplane features. Write specs, implement features, triage issues, integrate libraries, mentor teams, and drive architecture, scaling, and IP protection activities to deliver production networking products.
