Partner with Product, Sales, Data, RevOps, and ecosystem stakeholders to translate complex fintech capabilities into industry-specific narratives, execute integrated campaigns, track revenue and pipeline KPIs, and improve win rates. The role requires hands-on use of AI tools and strong cross-functional influence.

Own Array’s B2B performance marketing engine across paid media, SEO, demand generation, landing pages, CRO, attribution, and pipeline reporting. Manage Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns, build organic search programs, optimize conversion paths, maintain Salesforce and tracking hygiene, and connect marketing activity to pipeline by vertical. This hands-on team-of-one role requires budget ownership, strong platform fluency, technical SEO, CRO expertise, and effective use of AI tools.

Owns Array’s payment operations function, including client onboarding and lifecycle management, transaction monitoring, settlement, reconciliation, disputes, incidents, escalations, and partner relationships. Builds scalable processes, controls, reporting, and audit evidence while partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Risk. Leads payment operations teams, supports new payment capabilities, manages processors and sponsor banks, and improves reliability, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
