Leads global total rewards strategy spanning compensation, benefits, job architecture, pay equity, HRIS, payroll, mobility, and M&A integration. Advises executives, governs programs and vendors, oversees payroll and benefits compliance, develops analytics and reporting, and leads a small team across regions. Requires strong Canadian rewards expertise, global program experience, and collaboration with Finance, Legal, HR, and external partners.

Coordinate import and export activities across Canada, the United States, and Mexico, with a focus on Mexico trade. Manage customs documentation, shipping labels, brokers, tariffs, taxes, VAT, Incoterms, and HS codes. Resolve cross-border shipment issues, monitor regulatory changes, support compliance, and improve logistics processes. The role requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, independent ownership of time-sensitive shipments, and onsite work in Scarborough with flexible hours.

Leads IT and technology-enabled business projects from discovery through implementation and closure. Responsibilities include defining requirements, evaluating solutions, managing plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, testing, adoption, governance, and stakeholder communication. The role coordinates business teams, technical specialists, and external partners while improving project and portfolio delivery practices.
