Translate contracts into billing and cash schedules, create lightweight FP&A processes and KPIs, support fundraising diligence, manage government contract invoicing, and advise CEO/COO on resource allocation.

First internal legal hire for a satellite and Earth-observation startup. Lead commercial contracting for imagery/data licensing, hardware and payload sales; advise business teams on risk and deal strategy; build templates, processes, and playbooks; and manage external counsel on IP, regulatory, and fundraising matters.

Design, lay out, and validate high-density mixed-signal and RF printed circuit assemblies for satellite radar payloads. Own schematic capture, PCB layout, component selection, prototyping, bring-up, test, manufacturing, and qualification. Collaborate with RF, antenna, digital, mechanical, firmware, and systems teams to optimize signal and power integrity, thermal behavior, and on-orbit performance.
