Leads firm-wide BIM strategy, Revit standards, software integration, training, quality control, model coordination, and BIM technology adoption across multiple offices. Provides leadership to project BIM managers, supports multidisciplinary project teams, coordinates with IT and external partners, manages software licensing and upgrades, and develops templates, procedures, and training programs. The role also supports clash detection, model integration, troubleshooting, and quality reviews throughout project delivery.

Leads healthcare architecture projects from delivery strategy through technical documentation and construction coordination. Oversees project teams, consultant coordination, client engagement, regulatory and code research, life-safety requirements, and QA/QC processes. Mentors staff, drives quality and efficiency, collaborates with planners and interior designers, and contributes to firm standards and thought leadership.
