Manage daily operations of multiple residential properties, maximizing occupancy and revenue through leasing, marketing, budgeting, and vendor oversight. Ensure resident satisfaction, code and safety compliance, emergency preparedness (storms/hurricanes), and team training while using property management software and handling onsite inspections and maintenance.

Support the Property Manager by managing lease renewals, delinquency and eviction processes, supervising maintenance staff, conducting property inspections, assisting with budgets and rent collections, and fostering positive resident relations to maximize retention and property performance.

Manage budgets, vendor contracts, maintenance (HVAC, plumbing), safety/compliance, and staff training. Lead emergency response for weather events and use property management software to monitor financials and operations.
