Partner with regional/property managers, manage budgets, oversee creative production, manage vendor relationships, analyze campaign performance and ROI, deliver training, and support client/owner presentations to secure management agreements.

Oversee daily property operations to maximize occupancy and revenue, manage leasing and digital marketing, enforce Fair Housing and safety compliance, prepare budgets, supervise staff, coordinate maintenance and emergency response for climate-related events, and use property management software for financial and operational reporting.

Oversee operational and financial performance of multiple residential properties in the Charlotte region. Drive operational excellence, manage budgets and KPIs, lead and develop property teams, ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation, enhance resident satisfaction and retention, and implement market-driven leasing and marketing strategies.
