Oversee daily residential property operations, including leasing, revenue optimization, resident relations, maintenance coordination, budgeting, vendor management, compliance, and emergency preparedness. Lead and develop onsite staff, use property management and financial software, conduct inspections, manage marketing and retention initiatives, and ensure adherence to Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, and local housing requirements. The role includes indoor and outdoor property work and up to 10% travel.

Support the Property Manager by managing lease renewals, delinquency and eviction processes, supervising maintenance staff, conducting property inspections, assisting with budgets and rent collections, and fostering positive resident relations to maximize retention and property performance.
