Specialisms include backend, frontend, full-stack, DevOps, and cloud engineering, using technologies such as Python, JavaScript, AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes.

Coordinates customer orders, deliveries, returns, purchase requisitions, supplier purchase orders, and fulfillment across multiple customers and suppliers. Processes billing triggers, credits, refunds, and revenue-related transactions while maintaining accurate records. Analyzes forecasts, order data, and returns, produces operational reports, resolves discrepancies, and supports demand planning, supplier management, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Provides senior legal advice on commercial, corporate, regulatory, governance, and compliance matters. Leads contract negotiations, manages external counsel, supports disputes and audits, advises on legislative changes, and develops legal policies and risk mitigation plans. The role partners with senior stakeholders, regulators, and industry bodies, delivers internal legal training, and mentors junior lawyers while balancing legal risk with commercial objectives.
