Provides technical consultancy throughout the sales lifecycle, designing and presenting bespoke broadcast and video media solutions. Leads customer workshops, requirements gathering, demonstrations, and technical discussions while collaborating with sales, product, engineering, operations, suppliers, and technology partners. Ensures solutions are viable, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with customer needs. The role also supports continuous improvement, product development feedback, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of emerging technologies.

Lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of data, analytics, and AI-enabled products. Identify commercial opportunities, develop pricing and business cases, manage budgets, and drive product profitability. Partner with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable solutions. Lead and develop Data Product Managers while influencing senior stakeholders and translating technical capabilities into customer and business value.

Leads complex technology and business change programmes from initiation through delivery, managing scope, budgets, timelines, risks, benefits, stakeholders, suppliers, and governance. Develops programme management frameworks, mentors project managers, drives continuous improvement, provides senior leadership reporting, and ensures strategic alignment. Acts as a programme management subject-matter expert while coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.
