Build, optimize, and maintain data models, ETL/ELT pipelines and integrations (Kafka, Spark, Delta Live Tables), enforce data governance and quality, enable AI/ML workflows and MLOps, mentor the team, evaluate new technologies, and collaborate with product and analytics stakeholders to deliver reliable, self-service data products.

Lead strategy and roadmap for the partner platform, drive partner growth through discovery and analytics, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage backlog and delivery, and optimize partner-facing services and API integrations.

Lead design and development of web applications for the partner journey, modernize architecture, implement new technologies, own full development lifecycle, improve observability, mentor teammates, and deliver high-quality, test-driven features in a cross-functional team.
