Partner with the COO to translate strategy into executable plans, streamline operations, manage cross-functional projects, support HR and recruiting, develop internal communications, produce executive reports and KPIs, identify operational bottlenecks, and represent the company with partners and clients to ensure organizational alignment and scalability.

Evaluate borrower financials, perform comprehensive credit reviews, conduct cash flow analysis, recommend loan approvals and structuring, prepare credit memoranda, monitor portfolio risk and industry trends, and collaborate with underwriting and risk leadership to maintain disciplined underwriting and support business growth.

Lead tax operations for investment partnerships and managed accounts, manage external tax deliverables, advise on tax impacts of portfolio transactions and complex instruments, support tax allocations and reporting, coordinate with auditors and advisors, track tax law changes, strengthen controls, and drive efficiency and scalability across tax processes.
