Teams at Arondite

Lead Arondite’s Canadian market expansion from Ottawa by developing defence and public-sector relationships, building partnerships with Canadian primes and technology organizations, qualifying commercial opportunities, and shaping go-to-market strategy. The role combines customer discovery, pipeline development, partnership structuring, pricing, proposals, negotiations, and translating market needs into product and roadmap insights. It requires representing the company with senior government, industry, and partner stakeholders while helping establish Arondite’s long-term Canadian presence.

Deploy and adapt Arondite software for Norwegian defence customers, integrating autonomous systems, robotics platforms, sensors, and legacy systems. Write secure, reliable production software, troubleshoot field environments, support trials and exercises, collaborate directly with users, and feed deployment insights back to core engineering teams. The role requires frequent travel, meaningful customer-site work, and close collaboration across software, AI/ML, networking, product, and strategy teams.

Lead end-to-end technology deployments for Canadian defence and public-sector customers. Engage users to understand workflows and constraints, prioritize customer problems, guide iterative delivery, support on-site implementation, capture feedback, and drive adoption and measurable operational impact. Serve as the bridge between frontline users, customers, product, and engineering teams while helping shape Arondite’s Canadian operations and product direction. The role involves significant travel, challenging environments, and close collaboration with defence stakeholders.
