Software Engineering Intern supporting hands-on development of real-world software for AI-enabled autonomous systems. The role involves collaborating with experienced engineers, contributing to mission-critical projects, and potentially deploying technology in challenging environments. Candidates should be entering their final undergraduate year in a technical subject, have strong software engineering skills, and programming experience in a server-side language such as Python, C++, Java, or Rust. UK right-to-work and security vetting are required.

Design, build and deploy agentic AI features and LLM-driven systems for secure, compliant environments. Integrate AI across backend and UI, optimise models (including perception/CLIP/CLAP), document for compliance, and deliver robust production solutions.

Lead Arondite’s business development and strategic partnerships in Norway. Build relationships across Norwegian defence, government, industry, and technology organizations; identify and progress commercial opportunities for Cobalt; conduct customer discovery; develop market positioning; and support partnerships, pricing, proposals, and negotiations. Translate market insights into product and go-to-market recommendations while representing the company with senior stakeholders. The role is Oslo-based, requires travel across Norway and to the UK, and may require Norwegian security clearance.
