Provide first- and second-line NOC support: install/configure networking hardware, monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, maintain documentation, support network security controls, collaborate with senior engineers, engage with customers on-site and remotely, and participate in a 24/7 support rota after training.

Manage and grow a portfolio of ~70 accounts, drive new business, build C-level relationships, develop account plans, lead full sales lifecycle for cyber, cloud and managed services, collaborate with internal specialists and vendors, achieve sales targets, and represent the company at industry events.
