Senior finance leader responsible for day-to-day finance operations, owning the trial balance, month-end reporting, controls, revenue recognition and profitability analysis. Manage and develop central and subsidiary finance teams, support statutory compliance and audits, partner with FP&A and business unit leaders to improve reporting, forecasting and processes, and influence C-suite stakeholders.

Lead monthly reporting, rolling forecasts, budgets and KPI modelling across business units. Build financial models, perform variance and scenario analysis, present insights to senior leadership and Board, and support strategic decision-making to drive financial performance.

Lead monthly financial close and management reporting, deliver variance analysis and insights, business partner with BU and sales teams, manage a team of four, support year-end audit, drive process automation and implement Dynamics finance system.
