Leads group-wide sales operations, renewals, and sales support governance across multiple business units. Establishes consistent CRM, pipeline, forecasting, contract management, and reporting processes; coordinates cross-functional teams; improves efficiency, revenue retention, and operational performance. Provides strategic insights to senior leaders, facilitates collaboration, identifies capability gaps, and supports role design, continuous improvement, and operating model development.

Provides Tier 3 technical leadership for resilient data-centre, LAN, WAN, WLAN, firewall, VPN, SD-WAN and customer networks. Responsibilities include resolving complex incidents, leading major incident responses, reviewing designs, managing migrations and changes, assuring new solutions, performing root-cause analysis, improving resilience and security, mentoring engineers, and supporting NHS, clinical and public-sector services across hosted environments.

Supports and troubleshoots enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, firewall, VPN, SD-WAN, and data-centre networks as a Tier 2 escalation point. Responsibilities include incident response, network implementations, migrations, technical documentation, customer onboarding, change delivery, root-cause analysis, capacity and vulnerability management, monitoring improvements, and service transition. The role operates across multi-vendor environments supporting NHS, clinical, and public-sector services, mentors Tier 1 engineers, and participates in an on-call rota.
