Owns the end-to-end data lifecycle by designing scalable pipelines, analytical data models, real-time ingestion systems, and data quality frameworks supporting analytics, experimentation, and AI/ML. Designs and optimizes security controls across systems, networks, and applications. Conducts vulnerability scans, penetration tests, forensic investigations, incident response, and disaster recovery. Advises clients and internal teams on security risks, emerging technologies, and AI. Maintains security documentation, collaborates across technical and non-technical teams, and drives initiatives that strengthen cybersecurity resilience and protect critical infrastructure.

Lead the strategic and technical direction of LLM and agentic AI initiatives while managing and developing a high-performing team of AI engineers and researchers. Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions, mentor team members, oversee performance and capacity planning, and align AI roadmaps with business objectives. Stay current with generative AI, NLP, and autonomous systems, communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and champion Agile delivery practices.

Design, deploy, monitor, and evaluate production-grade generative AI applications for financial services. Develop LLM, RAG, and agentic systems; establish AI tooling, architecture, testing, documentation, and best practices for regulated environments. Prototype innovative use cases, ensure compliance and risk awareness, and mentor teammates. The role uses Python and cloud technologies in a hybrid Stockholm setting.

Design and improve cybersecurity architectures for IT and OT environments within critical energy infrastructure. Advise leadership, evaluate security designs, establish frameworks and policies, mentor cross-functional implementation teams, and balance technical requirements with operational risk. The role requires expertise in security architecture, ISO and NIST frameworks, IT/OT convergence, and communicating security strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
