Finance and Administration Intern responsible for organizing member transaction information, updating database records, maintaining filing systems, assisting with billing and payment reconciliation, and ordering office supplies. The role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, communication skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple administrative tasks.

Supports the technology team with hardware installation, device configuration, inventory tracking, basic hardware and software troubleshooting, user setup, operating system and software updates, system documentation, and proper disposal or repurposing of outdated equipment across Arlington and Fairfax locations.

Seasonal HR internship supporting onboarding, offboarding, employee status changes, engagement initiatives, employee communications, records management, HR administration, and employee support. The intern will use ADP Workforce Now, Canva, and Microsoft Office while helping coordinate events, meetings, and recognition programs. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, multitasking, and availability for Tuesday-Saturday schedules, weekends, and holidays.
