Perform on-site premium audits for commercial property and casualty policies (Workers' Comp, GL, Garage, Auto). Review financial records, identify discrepancies and fraud, ensure compliance, communicate with policyholders, and prepare audit reports. Work from home with required travel within an assigned territory.

Make high-volume inbound/outbound calls and emails to recover subrogation balances; negotiate settlements with responsible parties, attorneys, and insurers; perform skip tracing and research; manage and prioritize inventory; maintain timely follow-up and client-authorized settlements while providing customer service and problem resolution.

The Premium Auditor will conduct audits of insurance premium records, ensure compliance with regulations, and communicate findings to policyholders.
