Assist with food preparation, service, stocking, and sanitation in the dietary department; prepare salad bar and meal trays; maintain storage, rotate stock, and follow NY State health and facility procedures. Perform light-to-moderate lifting and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and service areas.

Provide clinical case management including assessments, individual/group/family treatment, treatment planning, discharge planning, referrals, staff supervision, census and transfer coordination, quality improvement, and public relations for adult program clients. Maintain a reduced caseload while overseeing clinical staff and program operations.

Provide clinical case management and treatment services for adults, supervise and schedule case managers, coordinate census and transfers, assist Program Director with treatment planning, conflict resolution, program review, referrals, and performance improvement while maintaining a reduced individual caseload.

Provide discharge planning and aftercare coordination for patients, communicate with clinical team, families and referral agencies, oversee difficult placements, provide individual/group/family treatment related to discharge, maintain documentation and provider linkages, participate in quality improvement, supervise interns/volunteers, and respond to facility emergencies.

Provide administrative, operational, and reporting support for Administration, Clinical, and Operations. Prepare and distribute reports, manage supply ordering and inventory, collect and track patient grievances, maintain confidential records, prepare staff schedules, assist with meetings and documentation, design administrative forms, and support quality improvement and regulatory data needs.

Manage daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, training compliance, investigations, performance management, and policy compliance across an inpatient facility and outpatient clinics.

Ensure high-quality, consistent clinical care across the facility; partner with Executive Director on strategy; set goals and objectives; manage budgets, projects, and leadership communications; supervise clinical staff; ensure regulatory compliance; provide organizational and administrative oversight in alcoholism and chemical dependence services.
