Provide outpatient administrative support: answer and screen phones, respond to patient and staff requests, complete OASAS monthly statistics and reporting, coordinate patient billing with the business office, collect fee agreements, co-pays/self-pay, submit monthly statistics, and collect daily clinical charges. Bilingual preferred. Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.

Conducts field-based outreach to hospitals, outpatient programs, physicians, practitioners, and community organizations to generate patient referrals for addiction treatment services. Builds referral partnerships, identifies business opportunities, and develops and hosts educational in-services positioning Arms Acres as a substance-abuse treatment expert. Requires strong communication, customer service, organizational, engagement, and independent-work skills.

Manage daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, training compliance, investigations, performance management, and policy compliance across an inpatient facility and outpatient clinics.

Ensure high-quality, consistent clinical care across the facility; partner with Executive Director on strategy; set goals and objectives; manage budgets, projects, and leadership communications; supervise clinical staff; ensure regulatory compliance; provide organizational and administrative oversight in alcoholism and chemical dependence services.

Prepare and serve meals, stock and sanitize service lines and storage, assemble and deliver patient trays, follow NY State health and facility food-safety procedures, and assist with cleaning and rotation of food inventory.

Provide clinical case management for adults including assessments, individual/group/family treatment, treatment planning, referrals, discharge planning, coordination of census and transfers, supervise case managers, audit paperwork, handle staff/patient conflicts, run meetings, and participate in performance improvement while maintaining a reduced caseload.

Provide clinical case management including assessments, individual/group/family therapy, treatment planning, discharge planning, referrals, coordination of census and transfers, supervise Adult Program Case Managers, audit paperwork, lead meetings, handle staff/patient conflicts, and maintain a reduced caseload as a licensed CASAC or LMSW.
