Lead end-to-end production for defense hardware systems, including manufacturing-facility setup, assembly-line optimization, production scheduling, team building, lean manufacturing, quality and safety compliance, vendor management, and KPI tracking. Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, procurement, and QA to improve manufacturability, yield, throughput, cost efficiency, documentation, traceability, and pilot-batch execution while scaling production capacity.

Build and own production-grade embedded firmware for mission-critical defense systems. Responsibilities include real-time development on microcontrollers and embedded Linux, hardware-software integration across RF, sensors, communications, and power systems, protocol implementation, board bring-up, subsystem validation, debugging, and field testing. The role requires close collaboration with RF, FPGA, mechanical, and systems teams in a fully onsite Gurgaon environment.

Own end-to-end product design for mission-critical defense software used by soldiers, operators, and command staff. Responsibilities include 0-to-1 product discovery, user research with operators, interaction and visual design, design-system creation, rapid prototyping, and production handoff. The role requires translating telemetry and autonomy data into clear interfaces for constrained hardware and degraded networks, while partnering closely with founders, product owners, and engineering teams.
