Review returns, research tax issues, identify planning opportunities, advise on transactions, respond to IRS inquiries, and manage engagement profitability. Support practice strategy and budgets while coaching staff and senior team members. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least four years of public accounting tax experience, managerial experience, and a CPA or equivalent credential.

Manage accounting and business management activities for music and touring clients, including accounts payable, bill pay, cash forecasting, reconciliations, financial reporting, royalty statements, tax schedules, and vendor communication. Support touring expenses, payroll, and payments while training junior staff, reviewing work, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating client deliverables and deadlines.
