Perform full-cycle audit work from planning through completion, including executing and documenting audit procedures, evaluating financial statements and internal controls, researching technical matters, preparing client deliverables, and engaging with client personnel and engagement teams.

Lead tax practice management for complex clients (entertainment professionals, athletes, HNWIs, family offices). Provide technical tax review and planning, manage engagements, budgets, staffing, and client relationships. Drive business development, mentor teams, and partner with leadership to grow the tax practice and improve operations.

Serve as primary client contact for financial management: oversee bill pay, cash management, payroll alignment, financial statements, monthly close, reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, 1099s and year-end reporting. Coordinate with third-party providers, support audits and regulatory filings, mentor junior staff, and ensure timely, accurate client deliverables and high-quality service.
