Own and grow defense-sector customer accounts from prospecting through demonstrations, quotes, contracts, and repeat business. Responsibilities include researching target organizations, managing CRM pipelines, forecasting opportunities, tracking funding paths and contract vehicles, supporting demonstrations and exercises, gathering customer feedback, assisting capture and proposal efforts, and building account plans. The role requires collaboration with growth, engineering, contracts, finance, and field operations teams, along with responsible handling of sensitive information.

Provide internal desktop and IT support across Windows and macOS environments, including troubleshooting, ticket management, device deployment, account administration, onboarding and offboarding. Support Microsoft 365, networking, endpoint management, A/V systems, asset inventory, and field connectivity. Assist with CMMC Level 2 security compliance, access reviews, security training, documentation, and IT procedures.

Supports sales and growth operations by maintaining CRM data, tracking government opportunities and contracts, preparing pipeline reports, building dashboards, supporting quotes and proposals, coordinating events, and improving sales processes. The role also assists with customer data, compliance documentation, invoicing coordination, and leadership reporting. It is designed for a recent graduate with strong spreadsheet, organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
