Own FP&A, COGS, services planning, AI and compute cost architecture, monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Build cost models, automate reporting with SQL and Excel, track cloud and LLM spending, and advise leadership on pricing, hiring, infrastructure scaling, and strategic decisions.

Owns GTM financial planning, including revenue and bookings forecasting, sales commissions, incentive structures, T&E, operating expenses, variance analysis, and unit economics. Partners with Sales and Marketing leadership on territory design, pricing, compensation, hiring, and strategic decisions. Builds forecasting models, dashboards, financial standards, and scalable FP&A processes while presenting insights to executive and board audiences.

Lead and grow the platform engineering team while providing hands-on technical direction. Design and build scalable enterprise platform systems covering identity, access management, integrations, extensibility, reliability, security, compliance readiness, and operational excellence. Translate customer needs into technical deliverables, mentor engineers, and guide development in an ambiguous startup environment. AI agent or production LLM experience is beneficial.
