Build trusted relationships with military and government stakeholders, manage complex long-cycle procurements and multi-stakeholder deals, lead RFIs/RFQs/tenders, develop account strategies, forecast pipeline, negotiate high-value contracts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and represent Armada at defense industry events to position edge AI and sovereign infrastructure as mission-critical solutions.

Monitor and troubleshoot critical physical infrastructure (power, cooling, network, environmental) across distributed and edge data centers. Serve as Tier 2 escalation, own incidents end-to-end, coordinate maintenance and remote-hands, refine monitoring/alerting, develop runbooks, support compliance evidence collection, and participate in shift/on-call rotations to maintain uptime and resiliency.
