Teams at Armada Supply Chain Solutions

Manages customer special projects involving supply chain coordination, sourcing strategies, freight solutions, issue resolution, billing support, and new business implementations. Develops action plans, coordinates internal teams and transportation providers, tracks project data, communicates progress to customers and leadership, and supports operational execution from source to destination. Requires substantial supply chain experience, project management software proficiency, and travel to customer, supplier, distribution center, or warehouse locations.

Leads supply planning, inventory optimization, replenishment, service levels, and inventory risk management across customers, products, and warehouses. Manages supply planning staff, supplier interactions, KPIs, analytics, SOPs, technology requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborates with warehouses, transportation, engineering, finance, customers, and other stakeholders to balance working capital, costs, capacity, and customer service. The role also oversees team development, hiring, performance reviews, and coaching.

Coordinates international export and import orders from receipt through delivery. Arranges ocean, air, and ground transportation; tracks shipments in transportation management systems; manages export documentation and compliance; communicates with customers, vendors, suppliers, and carriers; resolves logistics issues; and supports global clients. Requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
