Lead and optimize deductions and claims (OS&D, freight, customer deductions) by directing managers, improving recovery rates, standardizing workflows, driving root-cause analysis, partnering with cross-functional teams, and leading automation and reporting initiatives to minimize financial exposure and enhance customer satisfaction.

Drive prioritization, delivery, and adoption of data and analytics solutions (reports, datasets, automations, AI tools). Act as intake point, translate business needs into clear work, unblock delivery, ensure data quality and usability, and track adoption and impact across stakeholders.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and ETL/ELT pipelines in cloud environments. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to enable ML model development and feed software products. Translate stakeholder requirements, manage prototype-to-production transitions, and recommend new data technologies. Provide ad hoc engineering, POC development, and data analysis support.
