Own Armada’s B2B content and social media operation, prioritizing LinkedIn. Manage the content calendar, publishing, approvals, reporting, employee advocacy, and performance optimization. Build scalable production workflows, coordinate creative partners and internal stakeholders, source business stories, and develop AI-assisted content systems using tools such as Claude. The role also supports content creation, brand strategy recommendations, and monthly leadership readouts.

Manages programs and projects end to end, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, resources, governance, and stakeholder communication. Develops requirements, business cases, roadmaps, communication plans, and success criteria while coordinating business and technology teams. Monitors KPIs, resolves cross-functional issues, manages dependencies, supports portfolio prioritization, and improves PMO methodologies and delivery processes.
