Teams at ARLP GS LLC (Acadia Realty Trust)

Supports SEC filings, technical accounting, earnings materials, supplemental reporting, investor communications, property and portfolio reporting, fund reporting, and management reporting. Prepares accounting analyses and documentation under U.S. GAAP, validates REIT performance metrics and lease data, reconciles reporting schedules, and improves reporting processes and controls. Partners with Accounting, Asset Management, FP&A, Legal, Property Accounting, and Investor Relations.

Ten-week rotational internship providing cross-functional exposure to acquisitions, asset management, development, and leasing within commercial real estate. Interns support live deal and asset-level work, build financial models, collaborate across teams, receive mentorship, complete property tours, and present a capstone project to senior leadership.
