Manage broker and employer relationships for health insurance plans. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, guiding plan onboarding and implementation, supporting ongoing plan management, managing renewals, coordinating issue resolution, and communicating updates. The role also partners with product and operations teams to provide feedback and improve tools, workflows, and documentation. Candidates should understand health insurance processes and deliver accurate, responsive customer support in a fast-paced environment.

Manage the operational integrity of an automated group health insurance underwriting workflow. Review and approve RFPs, validate broker and external data, correct errors, monitor funnel and risk metrics, analyze quote-to-bind performance, triage inquiries, coordinate with sales and health plan operations, and maintain underwriting dashboards and reporting.

Own and improve Arlo’s healthcare underwriting model using large-scale claims data. Develop evaluation frameworks, engineer predictive features, test machine learning architectures, and validate model improvements through backtesting focused on medical loss ratio and pricing competitiveness. Monitor predictions and policy outcomes, identify bias and risk-estimation gaps, and partner with actuaries and ML engineers to deploy reliable models at scale.
