Participate in an 8–10 week, in-person rotational internship learning how a managing general agent and wholesale insurance broker operates. Interns gain exposure to specialty divisions, underwriters, brokers, agents, company representatives, and management while developing professional skills and understanding cross-department collaboration. The program includes hands-on learning, committee-driven development, and networking opportunities. Compensation and potential housing accommodations are provided.

Completes a 24-month insurance business development training program focused on increasing customer submissions, quotes, and premiums. Demonstrates web and telephone quoting systems, conducts at least 20 weekly customer meetings, prospects for new agencies, follows up with customers, identifies key agency contacts, reports sales activity, forecasts meetings, reviews web activity trends, and coordinates sales strategy with USLI and Arlington/Roe teams. The role is office-based in Indianapolis with local and occasional overnight travel.
