Serve as the school’s Dean of Students managing attendance, discipline, safety, and student conduct using restorative practices. Investigate and adjudicate disciplinary matters, maintain records, coordinate re-entry and interventions, support student services referrals, supervise staff duties related to student climate, and collaborate with families, community agencies, and law enforcement to promote a safe, equitable school culture.

Lead APS talent acquisition and management strategy including recruitment, selection, placement, development, advancement and retention. Design and implement workforce planning, employer branding, diversity and inclusion initiatives, metrics and continuous improvement. Supervise the Talent Acquisition team, manage budgets/contracts, consult with APS leaders, and ensure compliance with federal, state and APS employment regulations.

Provide classroom support to teachers and students in general and special education settings, assist with physical or sensory needs, communicate with parents, and collaborate with staff under teacher supervision.
