Provide visible, non-emergency security presence at a multifamily property: patrol grounds, monitor common areas, respond to noise complaints, assist residents with non-emergencies, report maintenance and suspicious activity, and contact law enforcement per policy.

Support the Community Manager with leasing, operations, team supervision, and resident relations. Cover the community in manager's absence, process rent and invoices, assist retention and events, ensure Fair Housing compliance, monitor property condition, and uphold high operational standards.
