Oversee daily operations of an apartment community, including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, team supervision, rent collection, budgeting, reporting, compliance, marketing, occupancy, and retention. Hire, train, coach, and mentor onsite staff while coordinating with regional and corporate teams. Ensure adherence to Fair Housing laws, landlord-tenant regulations, and company policies, and deliver strong resident service and operational performance.

Supports the Community Manager with leasing, property operations, team supervision, rent and invoice processing, resident documentation, retention initiatives, events, Fair Housing compliance, and property condition monitoring. Assumes full community responsibility during the manager’s absence, provides peer leadership, and helps maintain operational standards. The role requires customer service, organizational, communication, and leadership skills, along with Microsoft Office and property management system proficiency.
