Lead development and delivery of branch health and wellness programs, recruit/train/supervise staff and volunteers, manage budgets and operations, create wellness and active older adult programming, maintain equipment and certifications, build community and clinical partnerships, monitor program data and promote member engagement and retention.

Supervise and coach before/after school youth leaders, oversee child safety and program activities, maintain records and compliance with TDFPS and YMCA policies, plan developmentally appropriate programming, communicate with families, operate a 14-passenger bus, and complete required trainings and certifications.
