The Founding Product Designer will create AI-driven operational interfaces, redefine human interaction with AI agents, and establish Arkham's design systems.

Lead AI transformation for strategic customers by architecting and deploying forecasting, optimization, clustering, anomaly detection, and Generative AI solutions. Deliver production-grade ML systems and LLM-based workflows, define data and modeling strategies, establish monitoring and governance, drive executive alignment and adoption, and mentor junior engineers while managing multiple implementations.

Support development and validation of forecasting, optimization, clustering, anomaly detection, and generative AI models. Prepare and analyze data, assist with model monitoring and retraining, and collaborate with senior data scientists on live enterprise deployments while learning production best practices.

Work with clients to identify AI opportunities and deliver production-ready ML and Generative AI solutions. The Senior Graphic Designer will develop Arkham's visual strategy, create brand and marketing assets, and translate complex data into compelling visuals, working closely with the marketing team.

The GTM Strategy & Ops role involves owning Arkham's go-to-market strategies, developing account-specific tactics, and leading conversations with C-level executives. The position focuses on using intelligence and data to drive revenue and improve operational effectiveness, requiring a keen understanding of enterprise sales and data systems.

The Senior Data Engineer will enhance Arkham's Data Platform with a focus on Lakehouse architecture, manage data pipelines, and ensure data quality across the lifecycle.

Design and build backend services and microservices architectures. Optimize data workflows, develop APIs, and collaborate on security and reliability in systems.

Work with the engineering team to implement backend and frontend features, write tests and documentation, troubleshoot bugs, and help optimize platform performance while learning production-grade practices.

Support GTM strategy and operations by researching markets and accounts, assisting account strategy and customer materials, tracking pipeline, and improving internal GTM systems while learning from the founding team.
