Own Arkeus’s U.S. and international growth strategy across defense, intelligence, civil security, and allied markets. Lead business development, capture, sales engineering, customer success, and integration teams; expand pipelines; secure major DoD contracts; develop OEM partnerships; navigate federal acquisition pathways; and position Arkeus’s AI-enabled sensing technology as a standard for autonomous systems. The role also advises the CEO on defense policy, budgets, competition, and market opportunities while building a high-performing global growth organization.

Lead defense proposals from solicitation release through submission, including requirements analysis, compliance matrices, schedules, win themes, color-team reviews, and technical, management, and past-performance volumes. Coordinate with business development, finance, engineers, program leads, and executives on capture strategy, pricing, and content. Manage FAR/DFARS, OTA, DIU, SBIR/STTR, and allied-market bids while ensuring ITAR, EAR, CUI, DISP, and CMMC compliance. Build scalable proposal processes and reusable content libraries.

Manage the complete Australian payroll cycle, including employee changes, timesheets, leave, deductions, superannuation, PAYG withholding, payroll tax and statutory reporting. Maintain secure employee records, reconcile payroll outputs with bank files and the general ledger, resolve employee and manager queries, coordinate with external payroll providers, and strengthen payroll controls, documentation and processes as the company grows.
