Own the full expansion sales cycle for Arketa’s existing customers, selling add-on products including Payroll, branded apps, websites, marketing, and phone solutions. Partner with Customer Success to identify opportunities, conduct tailored demos and ROI conversations, exceed upsell quotas, manage HubSpot pipeline forecasting, build sales playbooks, and provide product feedback. The role focuses on inbound expansion opportunities and launching a new product motion.

Arketa seeks a Senior Product Designer to work across product features and surfaces, own and improve the design system, create user interfaces from wireframes through high-fidelity designs, prototype with AI tools, and collaborate with Product and Engineering. The role includes presenting work, aligning designs with business and user outcomes, and using research and data to refine experiences. It is hybrid, requiring work at the NYC NoHo office three days weekly.

Build customer-facing AI features and platform improvements across the full stack (TypeScript/Node/NestJS/React/Postgres). Develop agentic workflows, CI, and observability; improve reliability, migrations, and developer productivity. Mentor engineers, influence technical direction, and ship high-impact product experiments quickly for studio customers.
