The role partners with Engineering to distribute shared AI skills, evaluates vendors, reports outcomes to executives, and publishes successful use cases across departments.

Own and improve platform performance, reliability, and deployment automation. Manage cloud infrastructure, implement IaC, monitor systems with observability tools, provide operational support for distributed applications, and integrate production learnings into development workflows.

Lead strategy and end-to-end delivery for a Predictive Procurement Platform. Define product roadmaps, engage customers, coordinate with engineering and commercial teams, prototype AI-driven features, and drive releases to improve procurement outcomes and customer efficiency.
