Teams at Arkansas Valley Adventures, LLC

Supervise daily zipline and Via Ferrata operations, ensuring guest and employee safety, equipment inspections, scheduling, incident response, staff communication, policy enforcement, and exceptional customer service. Serve as Manager on Duty when needed, address guest concerns, support investigations and training, and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency.
