Manage patient scheduling and phone inquiries, update patient records and insurance, request historical medical records, schedule radiology/procedures, prepare physician appointment lists, handle referrals/voicemails/clinical inbox, maintain office supplies, and ensure HIPAA compliance.

The LPN/RN assists the physician in providing medical services, offering direct patient care, documentation, and follow-up, mainly focused on men's health.

Provide direct nursing support in a men's health clinic: greet and prepare patients, assist physician exams, administer medications and treatments, perform phlebotomy, document visits in EMR, respond to patient calls, educate patients, guide clinical staff, and maintain patient confidentiality and safety.
