Arkansas Urology Benefits Overview

Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams, maintain sterile and clean exam rooms, assist physicians/advanced providers, document patient care, notify radiologist of abnormalities, manage supplies, and ensure patient comfort and confidentiality.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, COO, executive staff and physicians. Manage complex calendars, travel, meetings and events; handle correspondence, research, reporting, confidential files, and special projects. Support physician recruiting metrics and logistics, coordinate employee engagement events, serve as departmental representative, maintain databases, and serve as Notary Public as needed.

Manage patient scheduling and phone inquiries, update patient records and insurance, request historical medical records, schedule radiology/procedures, prepare physician appointment lists, handle referrals/voicemails/clinical inbox, maintain office supplies, and ensure HIPAA compliance.
