Teams at Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts

Leads the museum’s educational vision, strategy, and programming for youth, families, schools, adults, and statewide audiences. Oversees lectures, gallery talks, interpretation, community projects, partnerships, staff, volunteers, budgets, evaluation, and fundraising support. Collaborates with curatorial, art school, theater, performing arts, development, and museum leadership to expand engagement and community impact. Requires evening and weekend flexibility and strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Creates and manages audience-focused social media content for the museum, including graphics, captions, basic video, scheduling, community moderation, trend monitoring, and performance reporting. Designs digital and print materials while maintaining brand standards, preparing production-ready files, coordinating approvals, and collaborating with communications and creative teams. Supports marketing, communications, and membership initiatives in a fast-paced museum environment.
