Counsel and convert international student enquiries from the Filipino and East Asia markets into placements. Provide study and visa guidance, manage leads in the CRM, build institution relationships, meet placement targets, and deliver high-quality, cross-cultural customer service.

Develop and manage institutional partnerships by identifying target universities and colleges, negotiating agreements and articulation pathways, conducting market research, representing AECC at events, coordinating with internal teams for implementation, tracking partnership performance, and supporting marketing and compliance for international education initiatives.

Drive growth by developing market opportunities, organizing school/college seminars and education fairs, managing local promotional activities and lead generation (IELTS-focused), coordinating branding and advertising, maintaining outreach communications, collecting event and student data, and submitting monthly activity reports.
