Leads international student counseling and placement activities in Nepal. Assesses student profiles, advises students and parents on study destinations, courses, admissions, fees, scholarships, travel, and finances, and manages university applications through enrollment. Coordinates stakeholders, maintains counseling pipelines and reports, supports visa-grant targets, and mentors team members through regular pipeline meetings. Requires strong knowledge of Australia, the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, along with excellent communication, organization, teamwork, and computer skills.

Counsel and convert international student enquiries from the Filipino and East Asia markets into placements. Provide study and visa guidance, manage leads in the CRM, build institution relationships, meet placement targets, and deliver high-quality, cross-cultural customer service.

Develop and manage institutional partnerships by identifying target universities and colleges, negotiating agreements and articulation pathways, conducting market research, representing AECC at events, coordinating with internal teams for implementation, tracking partnership performance, and supporting marketing and compliance for international education initiatives.
