Design and maintain responsive websites, primarily using WordPress, while supporting graphic design, branding, social media content, SEO, and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include uploading website content and products, troubleshooting, quality assurance, creating marketing materials and social graphics, scheduling content, and maintaining brand consistency. The intern will manage multiple projects, collaborate with clients and teammates, and work onsite in Rogers, Arkansas.

Supports the B2B SaaS customer lifecycle through onboarding, customer support, feedback collection, satisfaction metric analysis, CRM maintenance, lead generation, prospect research, outbound outreach, sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal preparation. The intern collaborates with sales and product teams, travels frequently to client offices, and may convert to a full-time role.
