Build and optimize CRM outreach campaigns, email sequences, marketing workflows, data pipelines, attribution systems, and AI-powered growth experiments. Analyze campaign performance, improve lead generation and prospect nurturing, support content and digital marketing initiatives, and identify automation opportunities across the customer acquisition funnel. The role combines marketing operations, data, technology, and growth strategy in a startup environment.

Design marketing materials, social media graphics, digital ads, and print content while maintaining website and social media presence. The intern will collaborate across functions, follow brand guidelines, support SEO, organize digital assets, develop social media strategies, and use design and content production tools. This is a three-month, full-time internship in Bentonville, Arkansas, with mentorship and potential conversion to full-time employment.
