Supervise operation, maintenance and repair of water production, booster pumps, treatment and chlorination systems. Oversee staff, train employees, manage SCADA/telemetry issues, ensure ADEQ compliance, perform water quality tests, and cover superintendent duties as needed. Subject to 24-hour on-call status.

Provide general clerical and administrative support to the General Manager and Assistant GM, including typing, filing, copying, phone and mail handling, maintaining office supplies and equipment, tracking safety meeting records, and following up on service requests and daily plant/inspection logs.

Supervise Operations Analysts and Safety Management to support division operations: reduce water loss, manage safety programs and training, develop SOPs and BMPs, oversee fleet and tank maintenance, coordinate water reporting and capital planning, recruit/train staff, and manage assigned projects.
