Provide academic advising and retention-focused support to undergraduate Psychology and Neuroscience students through one-on-one and group sessions, monitoring progress with student information systems, connecting students to resources, and contributing to program development and outreach.

Manage design, operation, and maintenance of mechanical and piping systems for a semiconductor research facility including chilled water, process vacuum, high-purity water, gas distribution, and cleanroom support. Coordinate stakeholders, perform design reviews and inspections, develop specifications, troubleshoot systems, plan capacity upgrades, and provide technical guidance to ensure reliability and compliance.

Provide 1:1 academic advising and retention-focused support for undergraduate students via in-person and virtual modalities. Monitor academic performance using e-Advisor, PeopleSoft, DARS, and Salesforce; perform outreach, referrals, recordkeeping, and collaborate with campus units to promote timely degree completion.
