Coordinates practicum education services for BSW and MSW students, including internship placement, student advising, agency partnerships, placement agreements, orientations, workshops, problem resolution, records management, quality assurance, reporting, and program improvements. Provides training and mentorship to practicum coordinators, supports faculty and community liaisons, maintains placement data and materials, assists with accreditation, and represents the program in meetings and community outreach. The role is based on-site at ASU’s Downtown Phoenix campus.

Designs and improves scalable, learner-centered learning experiences in partnership with faculty and stakeholders. Applies learning science, instructional design, and educational technology to develop courses, advise on course structure and learning technologies, manage concurrent projects, maintain documentation, support quality assurance, and use feedback and data for continuous improvement. The role also contributes to program design, course alignment, emerging technology integration, and initiatives such as mastery-based grading and AI-supported assignments.

Manages complex sponsored project, faculty, discretionary, and startup accounts; performs reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, transaction reviews, compliance monitoring, and financial reporting. Advises faculty and stakeholders on post-award financial matters, identifies risks, and recommends solutions. Leads and supervises the post-award team, supporting recruitment, training, coaching, process improvement, sponsor reporting, cost-share tracking, and research administration initiatives.
