Teams at Arizona Autism Charter Schools

Directs workforce training and adult employment programs for neurodiverse high school students and adults. Oversees job coaches, staff training, internships, DDD-funded services, community-based instruction, industry partnerships, budgets, inventory, compliance, grant reporting, and transportation coordination. Communicates with families, supports employment and college applications, and develops evidence-based programming in an in-person leadership role.

Support day-to-day HR operations with primary responsibility for bi-weekly payroll, timekeeping, benefits administration, HRIS data and employee onboarding/offboarding. Provide employee support, prepare reports, assist compliance and audits, and identify process improvements to ensure accurate, timely HR operations.

Support talent management with recruiting and onboarding: conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, verify references, track candidates, assist new-hire orientation, audit and maintain employee files, respond to HR inquiries, and provide general HR administrative support.
