Supports the Talent Management team with recruiting, phone screens, interview scheduling, employment and reference verification, applicant tracking, onboarding, orientation, employee file audits, records management, and employee HR inquiries. Maintains confidential documentation and assists with general administrative tasks while ensuring compliance and accurate personnel records.

Oversee workforce training and employment programming for neurodiverse high school students and adults. Supervise job coaches and program staff, monitor participant progress, manage budgets and performance measures, ensure documentation and regulatory compliance, coordinate with families and community partners, and support vocational rehabilitation, supported employment, career exploration, and adult day services.

Leads organization-wide ABA services across autism charter schools. Supervises and coaches BCBAs, ensures ethical and evidence-based practice fidelity, supports intervention planning, and develops professional training. Oversees consistent data collection, progress monitoring, analysis, and reporting in partnership with senior leadership. Collaborates with multidisciplinary school teams, supports onboarding and mentoring, and helps align behavioral programming with student IEP goals. Requires travel across Arizona campuses and occasional physical intervention with students.
