Support talent management with recruiting and onboarding: conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, verify references, track candidates, assist new-hire orientation, audit and maintain employee files, respond to HR inquiries, and provide general HR administrative support.

Supervise and train instructional staff on ABA strategies and behavior intervention plans in a school setting. Conduct behavioral evaluations, FBA, PEAK implementation, fidelity checks, data analysis, coaching, group and one-on-one training, and assist with IEP management. Work closely with BCBAs to promote best-practice education for students on the autism spectrum and monitor staff competency and performance.
