Deploy and support distributed SaaS and on-premise infrastructure, gather customer requirements, adapt deployment manifests, monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, package releases, and automate release pipelines across Kubernetes and AWS, GCP, and Azure environments.

Provide first-line support for on-premise customer infrastructure issues, monitor platform health, troubleshoot Kubernetes deployments, diagnose configuration, networking, and performance problems, apply fixes, escalate complex issues, and document resolutions in internal runbooks. The role requires cloud familiarity, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously with enterprise customers.

Own renewals and expansion for an SMB customer portfolio, managing high-volume transactional sales cycles. Responsibilities include forecasting, negotiating, closing renewals, identifying usage-driven upsell and cross-sell opportunities, monitoring consumption data, preventing churn, engaging decision-makers, and partnering with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Support. The role requires selling a technical AI product to engineering and data science buyers while communicating customer patterns internally.
