Build and lead ArivuPro Academy’s HR operations and recruitment function across five centres in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. Own full-cycle faculty and staff hiring, specialist talent pipelines, onboarding, attendance, leave, performance, offboarding, HRMS/ATS implementation, policies, compensation structures, statutory compliance, institutional coordination, team building, engagement, and retention.

Develop and maintain WordPress websites, publish and update content, implement marketing-led design changes, manage homepage and banner campaigns, optimize SEO metadata and schema, create campaign landing pages, and improve site structure, dynamic functionality, Core Web Vitals, and overall performance.

Owns end-to-end people operations, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, statutory compliance, compensation, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, policies, and engagement. The role also manages business operations such as internal systems, process improvement, vendors, contracts, compliance, reporting, workforce planning, and cross-functional programs. Partners closely with founders and leadership and builds the HR and Operations function as the company grows.
