Supervise inbond, warehouse, order fulfillment, and distribution activities; oversee receiving, storage, delivery, inventory tracking, and warehouse security. Lead and train employees, manage attendance and payroll, monitor operational metrics, conduct call audits, support performance improvement, maintain brand relationships, and help achieve sales goals. Requires expertise in duty-free customs processes, including ISF shipments, inbond transfers, CBP entries, delivery tickets, and consumption entries.

Prepare and review monthly financial statements, manage month-end/year-end close, perform reconciliations and journal entries, support budgeting/forecasting, monitor AP/AR, assist with audits/taxes, maintain accounting records, and support internal controls and special projects.

Lead and mentor a residential real estate sales team to meet targets; develop sales strategies; manage client and builder relationships; analyze market trends; prepare sales forecasts and reports; oversee sales operations from lead generation to closing and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
