Lead day-to-day execution and controls for commercial construction projects. Manage project teams, budgets, costs, schedules, safety, quality, BIM coordination, permitting, preconstruction, client/architect relationships, and business development to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery and customer satisfaction.
