Leads Aritzia’s Technical Development department, establishing fit, garment construction, sizing, quality, and sample development standards. Oversees technical development operations, validates samples against specifications and creative direction, and partners cross-functionally with design, business teams, and factories. Develops team strategy, supports employee growth, and ensures consistent execution across product styles.

Designers develop seasonal fashion collections for Aritzia by researching trends, runway inspiration, cultural influences, and product elements. They define collection themes, create cohesive style designs, refine and approve product details, and collaborate with creative, technical, manufacturing, and production teams. Roles range from Associate Designer to Design Director and require strong fashion design, creative sketching, Adobe Illustrator, brand, and trend expertise. A portfolio and resume are required.
