Help evolve project management methodologies, build project delivery capabilities, and support business growth and expansion initiatives while fostering collaboration and employee development.

Leads Aritzia’s Research & Insights function, shaping understanding of consumers, markets, competitors, and industry trends. Translates external research and intelligence into actionable strategic insights, supports growth decisions, anticipates emerging retail trends, and builds scalable research capabilities, partnerships, and governance. The role also manages the department’s day-to-day operations, develops team talent, and influences cross-functional stakeholders.
