Support accurate billing, invoicing and accounts receivable by preparing invoice calculations, posting accounting entries, managing promotions and bonus uploads, resolving billing disputes, conducting debtor follow-ups, validating vendor calculations, maintaining records for audit, and collaborating with commercial partners and senior finance team members to ensure timely collections and revenue control.

Develop and execute test plans and scripts for game themes and operating systems. Identify, reproduce, isolate, document, and track software defects through resolution. Provide project status updates, testing feedback, progress reports, and continuous improvement recommendations. Collaborate with software development teams and internal stakeholders, maintain communication with management, participate in meetings, and support additional departmental projects as assigned.

Provides second-level onsite and remote IT support, including device deployments, account administration, incident resolution, executive support, onboarding, video conferencing, asset management, and technical documentation. The role uses Windows, Active Directory, Intune, Azure, Zoom, ServiceNow, and ITSM tools while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to improve technical processes and customer service.
