Teams at Aristocrat

Provides commercial legal counsel to Aristocrat Interactive, advising on transactions, deal structures, contracts, regulatory matters, negotiations, disputes, and risk management. Partners with business and corporate functions across international regions, manages external counsel, delivers legal education, supports compliance and strategic initiatives, and advises on technology and gaming-related matters. The role requires independent judgment, executive partnership, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and in-office work in Las Vegas at least three days weekly.

Manages enterprise digital asset metadata, taxonomies, naming conventions, tagging standards, governance, and lifecycle processes within DAM platforms. Audits and improves asset quality, discoverability, reuse, compliance, and workflow efficiency. Collaborates with creative, marketing, product, studio, IT, and technology teams; supports asset ingestion and organization; develops documentation; and trains users on DAM standards and practices.

The Senior Accountant maintains accurate financial records, processes payments and payroll, performs balance sheet reconciliations, supports month-end close and management reporting, prepares tax and statutory returns, and assists with audits. The role also contributes to finance process improvements and automation, collaborates across the finance team, and mentors other accountants while ensuring compliance with internal controls and reporting standards.
