Requires strong organization, discretion, communication, multitasking, Microsoft Office proficiency, and availability to support the executive team 24/7.

Leads the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable test automation frameworks across mobile, web, API, and microservices platforms. Guides automation strategy, tooling, CI/CD integration, infrastructure management, code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement. Mentors automation engineers, collaborates with QA and development teams, evaluates AI-assisted testing solutions, and leads knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Leads global strategic sourcing and supplier excellence for electrical components. Responsibilities include developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships and performance, driving cost reduction and value engineering, supporting new product introductions, improving supply chain resiliency, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. The role also mentors team members and ensures suppliers meet quality, cost, delivery, and corporate responsibility standards.
